Our equipment and method
We work with professional extraction machines that drive the cleaning solution deep into the fibres and immediately draw it back out together with the dirt. Because of that the upholstery and carpet are never left soaked, so carpets dry 2 to 4 hours and sofas and upholstery within 24 hours. We choose the method to suit the material: fabric is treated one way, leather another.
Detergent, and using the surface afterwards
We use professional Kärcher detergent, specifically Kärcher CarpetPro RM 760 Classic, and thoroughly extract the cleaning solution together with the dirt it has released. We recommend using the cleaned surface again only once it is completely dry. If anyone in the household is sensitive to a particular substance, we need to know before we start.

We do not hide behind unspecified "professional chemicals". For carpets and upholstery we work with Kärcher CarpetPro RM 760 Classic. Below we list only what the manufacturer itself states about it, so that you can verify our claims.

- Releases even heavy oils, grease and mineral dirt.
- Gentle on materials and free of bleaching agents.
- Cleaning performance across all temperature ranges.
- According to the manufacturer, it improves the hygiene of the cleaned area.
- The manufacturer also lists it for facilities such as care homes, surgeries, hotels and catering premises.
We dilute and apply the concentrate ourselves, test the material in a less visible spot first, never soak the textile, rinse the area with clean water and extract the solution together with the dirt. The pH value is 8 in the concentrate. The concentrate is a chemical product, so only we mix and apply it, and we recommend using the cleaned item only once it is completely dry.
Equally important is what the manufacturer does not claim: it makes no statement about removing allergens, dust mites, bacteria or viruses, about disinfection or sterilisation, about being eco-friendly, or about neutralising odours. We therefore do not claim any of it either.
