The minimum call-out price is €40, even for a single armchair or a small rug. The prices below are indicative starting prices and depend on the scope of work; once you send us a photo on WhatsApp we give you a fixed price for your specific job, and that price holds with no surprises on the day.

Sofas and couches
The price depends on size, material, how dirty the piece is and the agreed scope of work. The back of the sofa is included when it is part of the confirmed scope.

Carpets and rugs
We clean carpets with a short and medium pile. We do not clean long-pile (shaggy) carpets. Wool and natural fibres such as jute, sisal and viscose are assessed individually from a photo.

What affects the price of cleaning
Six factors decide what a job costs, and none of them appears for the first time on the day. Here is how each one works, so you can estimate your own job before you even write to us.
The minimum call-out price comes first
The minimum call-out price is €40. It is the lower limit of the price, not a surcharge added on top of the items you have cleaned. If the price list works out at €30 for your job, you pay €40. If it works out at €120, you pay €120 and the minimum never enters the calculation.
This is the single number that applies to every job without exception, which is why it is stated before anything else. It also means small jobs are much better value when combined: one armchair costs €40, but that same €40 already covers a good part of a full set of dining chairs.
What actually moves the price
- Size and quantity: the number of seats on a sofa, the m² of carpet, the number of chairs or mattresses.
- Material: leather is quoted higher than fabric because it needs a different, gentler method. Unknown fabrics are quoted as fabric.
- How dirty it is: heavy staining, pet urine or years without cleaning mean more passes and more pre-treatment.
- How broken up the piece is: a corner suite with many cushions and seams takes longer than a plain three-seater.
- Access: a floor with no lift, or a street where we cannot park nearby, adds time to the job.
- Location: travel within Bratislava is usually included; the surrounding towns may carry a distance-based charge.
Indicative price versus fixed price
The numbers in the price list are indicative starting prices. They tell you the range you are in, which is enough to decide whether to go ahead.
A fixed price comes from a photo. Send us one overall photo and one close-up on WhatsApp, plus the number of seats or the room dimensions, and we will send back a price that holds. There is no renegotiating at the door: if the job matches the photo, the price matches the quote.
If what we find on site genuinely differs from the photo, for example a second sofa that was never mentioned, we tell you the revised price before we start, not after.
What is not in the price list, and why
Long-pile (shaggy) carpets are not a price list item because we do not clean them. Extraction cannot reach the base of a long pile and moisture is hard to draw back out, so we could promise neither a result nor a sensible drying time.
Wool carpets and natural fibres such as jute, sisal and viscose are not a price list item either. They are assessed individually from a photo, because wool is sensitive to alkaline conditions, heat and soaking, and the wrong method can leave it yellowed, shrunken or matted.
We do not clean cars or car seats at all, at any price.
What to send on WhatsApp
For a sofa: an overall photo, close-ups of any heavy stains, the approximate length and the material if you know it. For a carpet: its length, width and photos of the soiling. Add your district or town and the time you would like.

Carpet cleaning starts from €2.50 per m², and loose rugs from €3 per m². The minimum call-out price is €40, so an area smaller than roughly 16 m² is charged at €40. The price depends on the size, the type of pile and how dirty the carpet is. We do not clean long-pile (shaggy) carpets.
Is travel included in the price?
Within Bratislava travel is usually included. In the surrounding towns such as Senec, Pezinok, Stupava and Malacky a distance-based charge may be added. In every case, the minimum call-out price is €40.
