When to book it
The safest option is to book at least one to two days before the handover. Carpets dry 2 to 4 hours; sofas, mattresses and thicker upholstery normally within 24 hours. If your handover time is fixed, tell us the exact day and hour.
Have the cleaning done after the dusty and wet cleaning work but before the textiles and bed linen go back in place. The cleaned surface has to stay clear until it is completely dry.
What we can combine into one visit
Several items are quoted together from photos and dimensions. We will also tell you in advance roughly how long the work will take and in what order we will clean, so you can plan the rest of the handover around it.
- A sofa or corner suite, including removable cushions.
- Loose rugs and fitted carpets, cleaned in the flat.
- Single, double and children's mattresses.
- Upholstered armchairs, dining chairs and footstools.
Stains, odours and a realistic result
When you book, tell us what caused the stain or the smell and whether any household products have already been used on it. Most everyday soiling can be reduced substantially, but with an old stain, a colour change or liquid soaked deep into the padding we do not promise a result without assessing the material.
Cleaning improves the condition of the textiles, but on its own it does not guarantee that your deposit comes back. That depends on the condition of the whole flat and on the agreement between tenant and landlord.
Price, timing and paperwork
The minimum call-out price is €40. We prepare a fixed price from your photos, the number of items, the dimensions and your location.
If you need a receipt for your landlord, the building manager or your accounts, say so when booking and we will issue it. Companies and property managers get a standard invoice with their business details.
The whole job is handled in English if you prefer, from the first WhatsApp message to the paperwork, which is why a lot of our end-of-tenancy work comes from expats leaving Bratislava.
