Who we work for
A lot of our commercial work comes from apartment owners and property managers in the centre and in Ružinov, where upholstery has to be turned around between two stays. Tell us the checkout and check-in times and we will tell you honestly whether the drying time fits.

Out-of-hours and weekend slots
Offices, shops and other premises can be cleaned outside working hours or at the weekend, so that we do not interrupt your operation. We fit the slot around your needs rather than the other way round.
Carpets dry 2 to 4 hours and upholstered seating within 24 hours. For an office cleaned on a Friday evening that means everything is ready for Monday morning with a wide margin.
After a refurbishment
Cleaning upholstery and carpets after a refurbishment or repainting is one of our most common commercial jobs. Fine construction dust settles deep in textiles, where vacuuming alone does not reach it.
Wait until the dusty and wet work is finished before booking us, otherwise the same dust lands on freshly cleaned textiles. We will happily advise on the right point in your schedule.
Quotes, invoices and repeat work
The minimum call-out price is €40, which in practice matters only for very small jobs. Commercial work is quoted per job from the area, the number of pieces and the material.
Companies get a standard invoice with their business details. For an ongoing arrangement, such as regular office cleaning on a fixed cycle, we can agree individual terms and a schedule.
Send us photos, the approximate carpet area in m², the number of chairs and your preferred time window, and we will prepare a quote and a realistic estimate of how long the work will take.
