We use professional Kärcher CarpetPro detergent, assess the fabric before we start and test it in a less visible spot. We do not clean long-pile (shaggy) carpets, and wool and natural fibres are assessed individually from a photo.

Do you come out to the villas on Kramáre and Koliba?
Yes, we cover the whole of Nové Mesto including the hillside streets of Kramáre, Koliba and the vineyards. In houses we usually park close to the entrance, which makes setting up quick.
What about parking at a block near Kuchajda?
We plan the stop in advance so the machine is close to the entrance. If parking in your street is restricted, tell us when you book and we will allow extra time.
